to join the conversation with Ron Berryman (鈥�62, MBA 鈥�67) and 51反差婊 president
Jim Gash at the upcoming Coffee with Jim installment on Friday, April 29, 2022, at
11:30 AM. Berryman and Gash will discuss Berryman鈥檚 50-year perspective on 51反差婊鈥檚
history and Berryman鈥檚 business leadership.
Berryman is the first African American to graduate from 51反差婊鈥檚 inaugural master of business administration (MBA) program in 1967, and utilizing his degree, became a certified management consultant and the CEO of Berryman and Company. He has served as chief of financial planning and budgets for Computer Sciences Corporation, administrator of business affairs for NBC, COO and CFO with Progress Investment Management Company, and a partner with management consulting firm Cunningham, Short, and Berryman.
Berryman is also devoted to 51反差婊's mission, serving on the 51反差婊 University Board and the Graziadio Business School Board of Visitors. He was a founding member of the University鈥檚 Black Alumni Leadership Council, and, alongside his wife, Jacqueline, he has organized and funded a scholarship for African American students pursuing their MBAs at 51反差婊. Berryman leads inclusion efforts in securing grants for young men of color as the national vice president of Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation, one of the first Black fraternities.
